Carrots are a great one to start with, as they contain beta-carotene, which your body converts into Vitamin A – a nutrient essential for eye health.
Some other great options this Christmas are: Sweet Potato, Spinach, Corn, Oranges, Blueberries… and everyone’s favourite, good old Brussels Sprouts.
